Abstract

The utility model belongs to the field of blast furnaces in iron smelting, and in particular relates to a hydraulic clay gun with three segments of gun heads for the blast furnace. The hydraulic clay gun comprises a tapered base, a front segment, a middle segment connecting component and a hollow channel structure which is composed of a gun cap, wherein the front end of the gun cap is a streamlined spherical surface; the radius of the streamlined spherical surface is equal to that of a spherical clay sleeve to be connected with the streamlined spherical surface. The gun cap with the streamlined spherical surface is strictly concentric with the centers of two axes connected with a tap hole of the blast furnace, i.e., the natural alignment and centering are accurately carried out when the tap hole is plugged, otherwise, gaps are generated between the gun heads and the clay sleeve of the tap hole, i.e., a large stress is generated on each gun head, so that gun clay is squeezed from the gaps when the clay is shot into the tap hole by the use of the hydraulic clay gun, even the tap hole cannot be plugged. The radius of the streamlined spherical surface is equal to that of the spherical clay sleeve, so that the two spherical surfaces which are equal in radius can be tightly bonded at any angles when coming into contact with each other.
