一种全新汽车悬架,前支架、弹簧总成、车轴孔、U型螺栓、减震器、悬架、中支架、托架、上压板、下压板、车轴下支架,所述弹簧总成中部设有U型螺栓,U型螺栓上设有上压板、下压板与弹簧总成固定连接,所述U型螺栓设有车轴下支架与下压板之间固设有车轴孔,所述弹簧总成两端分别连接前支架和中支架,中支架上设有悬架,悬架与U型螺栓之间连接有减震器。本实用新型通过弹簧总成调节车轮和底盘之间的距离,减少了挂车的颠簸感,同时采用的玻璃刚材料在不改变悬架性能的同时,减轻了重量,从而减轻负担、达到更大载重效果。
A novel automotive suspension comprises a front support, spring assemblies, axle holes, U-shaped bolts, shock absorbers, suspension bodies, middle supports, brackets, upper press plates, lower press plates and lower axle supports, wherein each U-shaped bolt is arranged in the middle of each spring assembly, each upper press plate and each lower press plate are arranged on each U-shaped bolt and fixedly connected with each spring assembly, each axle hole is fixedly formed between each lower axle support and each lower press plate of each U-shaped bolt, two ends of each spring assembly are connected with the front support and each middle support respectively, each suspension body is arranged on each middle support, and each shock absorber is connected between each suspension body and each U-shaped bolt. According to the automotive suspension, distances between wheels and a chassis are adjusted through the spring assemblies, so that bumping of a trailer is reduced; meanwhile, a glass fiber reinforced plastic material is adopted, so that the weight is reduced while the suspension performance is unchanged, the burden is reduced, and the better load bearing effect is realized.
