Abstract

The utility model discloses a numerical control rotary table which comprises a base and a circular working table connected onto the base; a motor is arranged between the base and the circular working table; the motor is connected with the circular working table through a transmission shaft; a plurality of T-shaped grooves are evenly distributed in the upper surface of the circular working table, and the T-shaped grooves surround the center inside the circular working table for a circle and are used for positioning workpieces to be detected. The motor rotates, the working table is driven to run through the transmission shaft, and further the workpieces fixed inside the T-shaped grooves in the working table are driven. According to the numerical control rotary table provided by the utility model, a traditional manner that a special detector is adopted for single test is changed, the workpieces are fixed on the working table in one step, omnibearing detection is realized, and the repeated positioning accuracy is high.
本实用新型公开了一种数控回转工作台,包括底座及连于底座之上的圆形工作台,所述底座与圆形工作台之间设置电机,所述电机通过传动轴连接所述圆形工作台。所述圆形工作台上的上表面均匀分布设置多个T型槽,环绕圆形工作台内部中心一圈,用于定位待检测的工件。所述电机转动,通过传动轴带动工作台运转,进而带动固定在工作台上T型槽内的工件。本实用新型改变了传统方式采用专用检测仪进行单次检测的方式,将工件一次性定位在工作台,进行全方位检测,其重复定位精度高。
