本实用新型涉及一种投影设备微调无游隙耐磨丝杆螺母副,其特征在于:包括一金属丝杆和设在丝杆上的螺母件,所述螺母件包括有一塑胶外套和固定在塑胶外套体内与金属丝杆螺纹连接的金属螺母,所述塑胶外套上用于穿设丝杆的穿孔与丝杆紧配合。本实用新型投影设备微调无游隙耐磨丝杆螺母副结构简单、设计合理,有利于克服现有丝杆螺母副存在较大游隙的问题,以及塑料螺母应力小的问题,从而能够提高螺母件使用寿命。

The nut member comprises a plastic outer jacket and a metal nut. The metal nut is fixed in the plastic outer jacket and is threadedly connected with the metal screw. The plastic outer jacket is provided with a through hole designed for the screw to pass through and in interference fit with the screw. According to the technical scheme of the utility model, the fine-tuning and clearance-free wear-resistant screw-nut pair is simple in structure and reasonable in design. The problem in the prior art that a large clearance exists in a conventional screw-nut pair can be overcome. Meanwhile, the small stress problem of conventional plastic nuts is also solved. Therefore, the service life of the nut member can be prolonged.
