Piston and steam cylinder assembly

The utility model discloses a piston and a steam cylinder assembly. In some two-stroke engines, a static ring is arranged in a circumferential groove in a steam cylinder wall, but when the static ring is installed, maintenance of a narrow gap and minimization of airflow passing the gap are challenging. A ring system for an internal combustion engine comprises an L-shaped snap ring with a concave angle and a nest snap ring which is adjacent to the concave angle, nested with the L-shaped ring, and provided with a convex quadrilateral cross section. The two rings are fixed, so that two gaps of the snap rings cannot be aligned with each other, or in other embodiments, the two rings are allowed to rotate relative to each other within a preset angle range.
