Abstract

The utility model relates to travelling devices arranged on detection equipment of shield tunnel diseases, particularly to a base travelling device of a rapid and high-accuracy detection device of subway shield tunnel diseases. The base travelling device comprises a base; a bogie is fixed on the left side of the front end of the bottom surface of the base through a thrust bearing and a bogie is fixed on the right side of the front end of the bottom surface of the base through a thrust bearing; a centripetal bearing is arranged in each bogie; a front rail wheel is fixed on each centripetal bearing; a steering connecting rod is connected between the two front rail wheels; the two centripetal bearings are fixed on the left side and the right side of the bottom surface of the base respectively; a rear shaft is inserted into the two centripetal bearings; two rear rail wheels are fixed at two ends of the rear shaft respectively; optimally, the rail wheels are conical rubber standard rail wheels which are formed by bearing and shear pressure type rubber components, wherein the tread of the rail wheels is 1 to 20. According to the base travelling device of the rapid and high-accuracy detection device of the subway shield tunnel diseases, the stability of the base travelling device is ensured due to a four-wheel travelling mechanism and the steering connecting rod is connected between the two front rail wheels and accordingly the uphill, downhill and turning stability of the base travelling device is ensured.
本实用新型涉及盾构隧道病害的检测设备上的行走装置,具体为地铁盾构隧道病害快速高精度检测设备的底座行走装置,包括底座,所述底座底面的前端左右两侧通过止推轴承各固定有转向架,转向架内设有向心轴承,向心轴承上固定有前轨道轮,该两前轨道轮之间还连接有转向连杆,底座底面的后端左右两侧各固定有向心轴承,两向心轴承内插入有后轴,后轴的两端分别固定有两后轨道轮,且轨道轮优选了由承剪压式橡胶元件制成的、踏面为1:20的锥形橡胶标准轨道轮,本底座行走装置采用四轮行走机构,保证了底座行走装置的平稳性,且两前轨道轮之间连接有转向连杆,保证了底座行走装置上下坡和转弯时的平稳性。
