Abstract

The utility model discloses a transport manipulator. The transport manipulator comprises a base, a servo motor, a bearing block, a ball screw and a movable slide table, wherein the servo motor, the bearing block, the ball screw and the movable slide table are mounted on the base. The servo motor is arranged on one side of the base and connected with the ball screw through the bearing block, and the movable slide table is arranged on the ball screw and capable of sliding back and forth from the other side of the base to the bearing block along the ball screw; the base comprises a bottom plate, a single-contact travel switch and a double-contact travel switch are arranged on the lateral side of the bottom plate, the single-contact travel switch is arranged at the tail end of the lateral side of the bottom plate, and the double-contact travel switch is arranged in the middle of the lateral side of the bottom plate; the movable slide table is provided with a touch rod, the single-contact travel switch is provided with a boss, the double-contact travel switch is provided with two bosses, and the touch rod can contact with the bosses during sliding of the movable slide table along the ball screw. The transport manipulator is simple in structure and stable in operation, multi-position transport can be realized, operation efficiency is improved, and production cost is reduced.
本实用新型公开了一种搬运机械手,包括底座、安装在底座上的伺服马达、轴承座、滚珠丝杆和移动滑台;所述伺服马达设于底座一侧、通过轴承座与滚珠丝杆相连,移动滑台设于滚珠丝杆上并可沿滚珠丝杆从底座另一侧向轴承座来回滑动;所述底座包括底板,在底板侧边设有一个单触点行程开关、一个双触点行程开关,单触点行程开关设于底板侧边尾端、双触点行程开关设于底板侧边中间;所述移动滑台设有一碰杆、所述单触点行程开关设有一凸台、所述双触点行程开关设有两凸台,在移动滑台沿滚珠丝杆滑动过程中碰杆会与凸台接触。本实用新型提供的搬运机械手,结构简单、工作过程稳定,同时可以实现多位置输送,提高了工作效率、降低了生产成本。
