Abstract

The utility model discloses a tubular PTC constant-current electrical heating tube for heating liquid. A PTC ceramic combination includes a PTC ceramic body, and an upper electrode plate and a lower electrode plate disposed on and under the PTC ceramic body respectively. The PTC ceramic combination is disposed in a metal tube through an insulating layer. The shape of the combination of the PTC ceramic body, the upper electrode plate and the lower electrode plate is a circle. According to the tubular PTC constant-current electrical heating device, because each of the metal tube and the combination of the PTC ceramic body, the upper electrode plate and the lower electrode plate is in the shape of a circle, the heat conduction becomes uniform; insulators disposed at two ends of the metal tube help to prolong the service life of a product; the electrode plates with the width identical to the PTC ceramic body are adopted and edges of the electrode plates exceed the edge of an electrode on the surface fo the PTC ceramic body, so that the generation of an electric arc is prevented, the insulation reliability is substantially improved, and the service life of the electrical heating tube is prolonged; the maximum movable gap width of the upper electrode sheet or the lower electrode sheet from the left inner side or the right inner side of the metal tube respectively is smaller than the electrode margin width on the PTC ceramic body, and the free swinging of the PTC ceramic combination in the metal tube does not expose the electrode to the outside.
本实用新型公开了一种应用于液体加热的管状PTC恒温电热管,PTC陶瓷组合包括PTC陶瓷和设置在PTC陶瓷上部、下部的上电极片、下电极片,PTC陶瓷组合通过绝缘层设置在金属管内,PTC陶瓷与上电极片、下电极片组合的形状为圆形。本实用新型PTC陶瓷与上电极片、下电极片组合的形状与金属管同为圆形,使传热均匀;金属管的两端设置绝缘体,提高产品的使用寿命;采用和PTC陶瓷等宽的电极片,使电极片的边缘超出PTC陶瓷表面电极的边缘,从而避免电弧产生,大大提高了绝缘可靠性,延长电热管的使用寿命;上电极片或下电极片与金属管左边内侧或右边内侧的最大可移动间隙宽度小于PTC陶瓷上的电极留边宽度,PTC陶瓷组合在金属管内任意摆动不会使电极裸露在外。
